Where should grab rails go?

The three places falls happen most: beside the toilet and in the shower, at the front step, and on the stairs. A second bannister on the open side of a staircase is one of the most effective changes you can make.

Will the rail actually hold someone's weight?

Only if it is fixed into something solid. Every rail here goes into brick, a stud or reinforced backing, never into bare plasterboard. A rail screwed into plasterboard holds right up until the moment someone needs it.

Can you fit a key safe at the same time?

Your wall gets checked first. Then the right bracket goes up with the right fixings, the TV is set at the right height for your seating, and the cables are tidied away.

Do you supply the bracket?

We fit the bracket you have bought. If you have not bought one yet, tell us your TV size and what your wall is made of, and you will be told what to get.

Can a TV go on a plasterboard wall?

Yes, with the right fixings into the studs behind it. Plasterboard on its own will not hold a TV. Brick, dot-and-dab and stone walls each need a different approach, which is why the wall gets checked first.

Can you hide the cables?

Cables are run in trunking, or hidden inside the wall where that is possible. It is worth asking before the TV goes up, because it is harder afterwards.

Can you take the old bracket down?

Yes. The old bracket comes off and the holes are filled so the wall is ready to paint.
