Without spares an exact match is hard, so keep any left over from the fitting.</p><h3>My floor feels soft in one spot. Is that serious?</h3><p>It can be. A soft or bouncy patch usually means damage underneath rather than on the surface, so it is worth looking at early.</p><h3>Do you lay whole new floors?</h3><p>Small areas, yes.
