If you have not, ask before you buy. Some papers are much harder to hang than others and we will tell you which are which.</p><h3>Can you strip the old paper first?</h3><p>Yes. Old paper comes off and the wall underneath is made good before anything new goes up.</p><h3>What about big patterns?</h3><p>Large repeats are fine. They use more paper, so buy extra. Pattern matching across a room is the part that takes the time.</p><h3>Do the walls need work first?</h3><p>Sometimes. Rough walls need lining paper, and holes need filling. Buy one roll more than the calculation says.
