NW Handyman holds an Enhanced DBS certificate. That is the highest level of criminal record check in England and Wales. It covers spent and unspent convictions, cautions, warnings and reprimands, and any relevant information held on local police records.

It is the same level of check used for people who work with children and vulnerable adults, in schools, care homes and hospitals. The certificate can be shown on request.
